Exceptional Provider of Dentistry & Oral Health Services

Dr. Michael Carter has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the Jackson, Mississippi area for over 30 years. He holds a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center as well as a B.S. in Chemistry from Millsaps College. Dr. Carter not only loves coming to work every day, but he is also passionate about giving each patient the smile they need and deserve.

Teresa Allen

Teresa Allen brings over 30 years of experience to the dental field, serving as both a skilled dental assistant and a dedicated office manager. Originally from Louisville, Mississippi, she now resides in Brandon with her husband, Noel Allen Jr. Teressa is passionate about providing excellent care and creating a welcoming environment for every patient.

Outside the office, she enjoys fishing with her husband, decorating, and planning special events for family and friends. Her most treasured role is being “Meme” to her 17 beloved grandchildren.

Jeri-Lynn Craddock

Jeri-Lynn is a Certified Dental Assistant and serves as the Insurance Coordinator in our front office. Originally from Rolling Fork, Mississippi, she now divides her time between her hometown and Brandon.

A proud aunt, Jeri-Lynn enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She is an active member of her church and is dedicated to serving others both personally and professionally.

With a genuine passion for patient care, Jeri-Lynn strives to ensure that every patient receives exceptional support and a positive experience during their visit.

Ava Hardee

Ava Hardee is a dedicated dental hygienist with deep Mississippi roots and a passion for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. A proud graduate of Germantown High School, Ava went on to complete her training through the Accelerated Dental Academy, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and dental health.

Ava’s favorite part of her work is the joy she sees in her patients as their smiles transform. She believes that helping people feel happy and confident in themselves is one of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry, and she brings that enthusiasm to the office every day.

Outside of the dental clinic, Ava enjoys spending her free time outdoors—especially fishing and hunting, two hobbies that allow her to unwind and stay connected to the Mississippi lifestyle she loves.

Ava is currently single and enjoys focusing on her career, personal growth, and the activities that bring her joy.

His Dental Assistant Ava made me feel soooo comfortable and anxiety free. Kudos to her. But the most memorable part of my visit was Dr. Michael Carter, himself. His "chair side" manner (and humor) made me literally emotional, because I felt that the way he treated me was truly genuine. I absolutely love Dr. Carter and give him my warmest recommendation! He has done several fillings, an extraction, and a crown for me. He saved me thousands of dollars on the extraction, and I barely even noticed it happening – there was no pain and minimal discomfort. I also appreciate how he explains what he's doing during each procedure, so you always know exactly what's going on. He is respectful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. His ability to calm patients is priceless for me, as I have a lifelong fear of dentists. On top of that, he’s genuinely funny and can make you laugh – even while you're in the chair! I would not only recommend him as a dentist but also as a mentor for anyone starting out in dentistry who wants to learn how to become truly exceptional. I would give him 10 stars!
